SENA CONECTA - Free Internet Access for SENA Apprentices
SENA CONECTA is a free Android application developed by Reach Mobile, designed to provide free internet access to SENA apprentices who are in rural or vulnerable areas. This initiative is in response to the pandemic and is available for a limited time. The program is directed only to apprentices prioritized by SENA.
The application is a container of selected pages that can be accessed free of charge with the apprentice's misena account. To ensure a secure browsing experience for the user, the application features a personal VPN that counts data usage in bytes. The VPN also prevents improper usage and hacking of the connection, protecting the interests of sponsoring entities. However, no personal data is collected from the user, and there is no interference with any other traffic from the device. All user traffic is respected and allowed, and a clear message is presented to the user informing them about the VPN.
